General
The working hours consist of 8 daily and a total of 44 weekly hours.
Overtime
An employer will be able to manage overtime efficiently by hiring payroll outsourcing services. Likewise, the employer will pay these hours with the base salary plus an additional 50%. In addition, the employee who works holidays or rest days will receive remuneration at the day's salary plus 100% of the base salary.
However, workers cannot work between normal and overtime hours for more than 12 hours per day.

Employee Termination in Timor-Leste/East Timor
Termination Process
